Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of: responding to inquiries, delivering contracted Brand Outreach & PR services, maintaining client communication records, and fulfilling legal obligations under applicable Romanian and EU data protection law.
§1.4 — Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purpose, or for a maximum period of 24 months after the last client interaction, whichever is longer. Upon expiration, data is securely deleted from all systems.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Terms of Service
§2.1 — Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of DevoraWorkinc (041492, Str. Costila nr. 6, București, Romania), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and DevoraWorkinc.
§2.2 — Scope of Services
DevoraWorkinc provides Brand Outreach & Public Relations services including but not limited to: media relations management, executive PR placement, brand reputation strategy, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, press release distribution, influencer outreach campaigns, thought leadership content, and event PR & media hosting. Service scope is defined in individual work orders signed by both parties.
§2.3 — Payment Terms
All payments are due as specified in the individual work order or invoice. Payment is processed via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge. Services may be suspended if payment is overdue by more than 15 days.
§2.4 — Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client (press releases, media kits, brand assets) become the property of the client. DevoraWorkinc retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
§2.5 — Limitation of Liability
DevoraWorkinc's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. DevoraWorkinc is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
§2.6 — Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Prepaid fees for undelivered services will be refunded per the Refund Policy (§4).
§2.7 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of București, Romania, unless the parties agree to mediation or arbitration.

Refund / Reimbursement Policy
§4.1 — Refund Eligibility
DevoraWorkinc (041492, Str. Costila nr. 6, București, Romania) provides refunds on a case-by-case basis, evaluated against the following criteria: services not yet commenced, services not delivered as specified in the work order, or mutual termination before project completion.
§4.2 — Full Refund
A full refund is issued if: the client cancels the engagement before any work has commenced, DevoraWorkinc fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to DevoraWorkinc, or the service delivered materially deviates from the work order specifications.
§4.3 — Partial Refund
A partial refund is calculated proportionally to the portion of work not yet completed. The following are deducted from the refund: administrative fees (5% of total), third-party costs already incurred (wire distribution fees, event venue deposits), and proportional payment for work already delivered and accepted by the client.
§4.4 — Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and accepted deliverables, media placement fees paid to third-party outlets, press release wire distribution fees already processed, and event venue or logistics deposits already transferred to vendors.
§4.5 — Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your work order reference. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
§4.6 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before pursuing formal dispute resolution through the competent courts of București, Romania.
